Equipment
We offer portable computers for hire, fully equipped for delivering modern presentations. They are equipped with the latest versions of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader and configured so that background notifications do not disrupt the course of the event.
To make the presenter’s job easier, we offer presenter’s podiums (clickers) — allowing for easy slide changes from anywhere on stage, with a built-in laser pointer to highlight key points on the screen.
Podiums are used to visually raise the presidium table, the speaker’s podium or the simultaneous interpreting booths, ensuring that the audience and interpreters have a clear view of the entire room.
We hire out modern, sturdy and visually unobtrusive grandstands. They can be easily adapted to the overall décor of the event and the brand’s visual identity, so they blend in seamlessly with any venue.
The podiums can be fitted with various types of microphone systems (fixed ‘gooseneck’ microphones or wireless holders) and cable management solutions.
