- Live stream registration: first name, email address, company or organisation, telephone number and details regarding the use of the access link.

3. Purposes of processing and legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation — pre-contractual measures at your request and your consent (Article 6(1)(b) and (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
- Granting and controlling access to live streams — your consent and our legitimate interests in ensuring controlled access (Article 6(1)(a) and (f)).
- Website security, stable operation and prevention of spam — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Compliance with regulatory requirements, for example in the field of accounting — a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, as well as for as long as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights and legitimate interests. The data is then deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients of data
Your data is accessible only to those of our employees who need it to process your enquiry. To ensure the operation of our website and email services, we use hosting and IT service providers who process data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Live streams may be broadcast using third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube). We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and third-party resources
The website only stores the necessary technical data in your browser (for example, your cookie preferences). We do not use advertising cookies. If you consent to cookies, we use Google Analytics to compile statistics on website visits (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location); for this purpose, Google may store cookies on your device and process an anonymised IP address. Analytics is not loaded until you give your consent, and you can withdraw your consent by clearing your browser data. To display a page, the browser loads font and script files from external resources (Fontshare, cdnjs.cloudflare.com, unpkg.com) — these service providers may receive your IP address. YouTube videos may be embedded on live stream pages.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal). To exercise your rights, please write to info@bcr.lv. If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful access, use, alteration or loss. Files attached to enquiries are stored in a location that is not accessible to the public.
9. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
